This multi-tenant retail and lifestyle center has proven to be a very viable shopping destination. Constructed in multiple phases, the project’s quick and successful leasing of phase one prompted the subsequent release of its second phase. The center features two multi-tenant buildings with varying architectural facades and houses a mix of national, regional, and local retailers. Phase two included new office space for the project’s developer, Sam Park & Company.
