This apartment complex adds much needed affordable-rate housing units to the Haverhill community. The initial phase consisted of three and four-story wood framed buildings totaling 72 units. A mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units feature spacious, open floor plans, contemporary finishes, energy-efficient systems, and outdoor terraces. Community amenities include a resident lounge, fitness center, and outdoor playground. The successful leasing of the first phase accelerated the developer’s plans for phase two which will add another 72 units. Phase two completion expected Fall 2018.
