This expansive office and warehouse facility was built to support growing publishing operations. Extensive site work and utility infrastructure was required to support the newly constructed facility. The modest design was anchored by a prominent corner entrance constructed of glass curtainwall. The interior build-out features a mix of private and open offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and kitchen facilities.
