Stateside has coordinated several interior renovations for the Harvard Club of Boston over the years. At the Downtown Club, the top floor of One Federal Street was renovated in two phases. The first phase included new ceilings, wood and carpet flooring, wallcovering, lighting, and custom millwork. The second phase featured a state-of-the-art conference center. Several projects have been completed at the historic Back Bay Clubhouse where the original building dates to the early 1900s. Some of the projects include new locker rooms which had not been updated in over 30 years and renovations to the Nathan J. Pusey Library.
