Stateside gave this older shopping plaza a much needed facelift using a design/build contract method. Renovations gave the property a new identity with a redesign and rebuild of the façade. Interior demolition and build-outs of tenant spaces were also performed. Careful planning allowed several tenants to remain operational during construction. The newly renovated plaza increased visibility and customer traffic while attracting several new tenants.
