Balsam Place in Tewksbury out of the ground and progressing nicely.

Work is well underway at Balsam Place in Tewksbury, a multi-family apartment complex totaling 192 units. Building shells are complete on the clubhouse and detached garages with work progressing in their interiors. Concrete podiums are being completed on Building 1 and Building 2 with wood framing commencing shortly thereafter.
