This fast-track, budget-driven project converted a former Irish-themed restaurant into a chic new fine dining restaurant. Its contemporary styling features an extensive millwork package, stone fireplaces, and intimate lighting. Working with the architect, Stateside used as much existing construction as possible while considerably updating the building’s image. The project was completed in only eight weeks.
