Built to replace the original Dreamland Theater, the new theater features three distinct entertainment venues. The Main Theater accommodates 320; the Studio Theater has a capacity of 140; and the Harbor View room and Terrace can host up to 80. Heavy timber wood trusses were salvaged from the original building and carefully incorporated into construction of the Studio Theater. Dreamland is home to the renowned Nantucket Film Festival. The project is LEED Silver rated.
