This challenging project involved expanding and renovating the historic, circa 1905 Brae Burn clubhouse and supporting facilities. The first phase enlarged the pro shop and locker room while modifying traffic flow and parking accommodations. A subsequent phase included a complete reconstruction of one end of the structure, new MEP systems, and a comprehensive historic renovation throughout. All work was completed with minimal interference to the golf season.
