Estimator + More Info

As part of the estimating team you will be responsible for developing preliminary budgets, detailed estimates and competitive bid proposals for prospective projects. Duties would include supplier and subcontractor pre-qualification, jobsite walk-throughs, preparing scopes of work, bid packages, detailed quantity take-offs, bid solicitations, scope analysis and value engineering. Estimators provide additional support in the areas of proposal preparation, pre-construction services, project buyout, scheduling and cost control. Candidates should be strong communicators, technical writers, well organized and possess a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Assistant Project Manager + More Info

As Assistant Project Manager, you will support Project Managers and be involved in all facets of daily construction related issues. These responsibilities include attending client meetings, pre-construction planning, subcontractor and supplier buy-out, shop drawings, submittal reviews, project organization, RFI’s, field support, schedule adherence, quality control, project documentation and close-out. Candidates should be strong communicators, technical writers, well organized and possess a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Project. Experience with Sage Construction Software and PlanGrid, preferred.

Project Coordinator + More Info

As Project Engineer, you will assist Project Managers in coordinating and processing the administrative documentation for the assigned project(s) from initial start-up to final project close-out. Responsibilities include shop drawing review, submittal review, MEP coordination, RFI’s, meeting minutes, managing field reports, as-built drawings and close-out documentation. Candidates should be strong communicators, technical writers, well organized and possess a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Project. Experience with Sage Construction Software and PlanGrid, preferred.

Project Superintendent  + More Info

As Project Superintendent, you will be working under the direction of a Project Manager and will be responsible for day to day field management of your assigned project. These responsibilities include project scheduling, 2 week look-aheads, subcontractor management, leading weekly subcontractor meetings, client relations, interfacing with local authorities, quality control, conformance to contract documents and site safety. Candidates should be strong communicators, technical writers, well organized and possess a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Project. Experience with Sage Construction Software and PlanGrid, preferred.
